RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to feel confident with every step you take in your Cheetah safety shoes. If your order isn’t the right fit, we’ll make it right.
Please note: This policy only applies to purchases made directly through cheetahsafety.com. For purchases made through other retailers or marketplaces, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE ELIGIBITY
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided:
Products are unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
The item is not a clearance or final sale item, unless it is defective.
Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by customer use are not eligible for return or exchange.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Contact our support team at hello@cheetahsafety.com with:
Order number
Reason for return or exchange
Photos (if product is faulty or incorrect)
We’ll review your request within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:
The product is defective
You received the wrong item
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll ship your replacement.
If your requested exchange is out of stock, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection.
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
DAMAGE, INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take quality seriously. If your item arrived damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Include photos for faster resolution
We’ll cover all return and replacement shipping costs for these cases
