What will You do :
Execute offline marketing strategies such as point of sale activities, exhibitions, and customer visits
Manage digital branding, with experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across websites, social media, WhatsApp, and online shops
Conduct market research to gather market intelligence, including pricing, competitor products, product gaps, and promotional activities
Strong understanding of the 4P marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion)
Propose and manage marketing activity budgets, including advertising, promotions, and events
Develop, monitor, and take accountability for the overall performance of marketing campaigns
Lead the marketing team, including structuring roles and determining manpower requirements to execute marketing activities
Analyze and report the effectiveness and results of marketing activities to management
Stay up to date with industry purchasing trends and emerging technologies and apply relevant insights into marketing strategies.
What we are looking :
B2B experience
Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of both conventional and online selling, including the use of social media, G Suite, and content strategy
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a team
