Requirements

What You'll Do :

• Analyze product sales and performance in the market, and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

• Conduct customer needs analysis.

• Perform market surveys and report findings to management.

• Analyze sales data and develop strategic plans and policies.

• Coordinate and propose exhibition needs.

• Analyze data and evaluate the performance of Sales Executives and Department Staff.

• Provide guidance and direction to Sales Executives (SE).

• Responsible for maintaining selling prices in accordance with the minimum selling price policy.

• Responsible for and control Accounts Receivable (A/R) in accordance with company standards.

  
  

What We're Looking For :

• Master's degree (S2) in a relevant field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, especially in safety tools, distribution (non-FMCG), or the electrical industry (experience in these areas is an advantage).

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written (Mandarin language skills are a plus).

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Polite and confident communication techniques.
